Take 1 tsp chia seeds and soak it in 1 bowl water for 10-15 minutes. After soaking, it swells up. It can be added to buttermilk / Fresh lime soda /Curd / Vegetable Juices / Fruit juices and consumed, or one can add it to a glass of water and enjoy the crunch.
